Dad: "Walker, why is your used band-aid on the outside of the front door?"

Walker: "Because I want to let everyone know that this is a band-aid place."

Findley, we took these photos of you a few days before your second birthday.  We're getting them posted here a few days after your birthday, because we were so busy during your birthday weekend with lots of friends and family around.

You are so much fun, and sometimes we would love for you to stay this age.  But we also can't wait to watch you become a smart, beautiful, caring young woman.  You warm our hearts and we love you so much.

Not Ready

Walker has gotten pretty good at using the bathroom, but once a week or so he has an accident.

Mama:  "Walker, did you poop in your pants?"

Walker:  "I'm not ready to talk about that right now."

We can't wait for his potty skills to catch up with his language skills.

Big Slide

To celebrate Henry's birthday, we went to a new bounce house place. They had a really tall slide that the kids loved. Here's a video of Dad going off the end of the slide and landing on the floor. We had a great time!

Family Discussion

Leann: "Walker, please stop doing that." (None of us even remember what started this conversation.)

Walker: "Mama, don't be mean to me."

Findley: "Walker, Mama nice guy."

Walker: "No, Findley, Mama is being mean."

Findley: "Walker!  Mama nice guy!"

Walker: "Mean!"

Findley:  "MAMA NICE GUY!!!!!!"
