More Fun at the Playground

Walker spent an afternoon at the playground with Marmee and Papa Gator. It was a hot day, but he enjoyed climbing, hanging and sliding.

His Favorite Toys

Walker has been given all sorts of fun toys, but he still loves to get into the tupperware cabinet and pull everything out. For some reason, he still hasn't learned how to put it all back.

We tried playing catch with a pair of Dad's socks, but Walker hasn't yet grasped the concept of raising his hands. He still uses his face, and he thinks it's hilarious.

Climbing Up the Slide

Walker loves to go down the slide at the playground, but he also enjoys the challenge of climbing back up. He usually doesn't get all the way up, but he made it this time. Look at that determination on his face!

A Day at the Park

Walker and Dad spent a Sunday morning at the park a couple of weeks ago. We had a great time!

On the way to the playground, Walker found this strange orange obelisk sticking out of the ground. He didn't seem too worried about the warning written on it.



The playground was pretty awesome. Walker climbed all over it, going up the stairs, through the tunnels, and down the slides.




Of course, he spent time doing his favorite hobby: swinging!


Before we headed back to Andrea and Larry's, he had a reading lesson. He's still having a little trouble with the whole "and sometimes Y" thing.
